I don’t generally leave reviews, however, this was hands down the best experience at a nail salon in jax ever (or in the past 11 years). I was able to walk in and almost immediately taken care of. The staff didn’t seem to rush my nails to get me out, rather they took their time and made sure every nail was perfect. The nail artist (Hannah) is also amazing, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to deliver. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails and I’m super happy with the overall experience! I cant recommend them enough, one of the best nail salons in all of jax.

Walk in, helped right away. Fill in. Took an hour. But it’s only been 6 days. Chipped paint twice on same nail. Now I have to go and get fixed. Very gloopy with the paint. I don’t know if the polish is not good or my fault because I asked for 2 colors. Nobody wants to go back a week later.

The atmosphere wasn’t bad, however my tech barely even acknowledged me the whole service. Ignored my requests to not dremel my nails too much, so I’m sure I’ll have problems once this SNS comes off, thanks to that. Also did not clean up my nails at all at the end and they look a mess especially by my cuticles, saddened by this experience as it was my first time in months getting my nails done and now I don’t even like them, not worth the money I paid.

I am really sorry to have to say this but I wasn’t happy. Had APT for two Mani/pedis. One for a 11 year old. The lady who started the 11 yo Pedi absolutely could not be understood at all. Usually I can make out through language barriers but this was impossible. Then I sat and waited for someone to do my Pedi. Maybe 15-20 mins later a very nice man came and started my Pedi yet my 11 yo was near finished. That being said, the lady began my 11yo’s manicure sitting in the Pedi chair, which is big for her as it is which is not an issue, but this lady had my kid leaned and reaching over to the side to do her Pedi. I am grateful they didn’t charge the full price for the 11 yo, but she was looking forward to that experience and I felt really bad. Additionally the lady proceeded to speak out loud to the man doing my feet in their language, when I say loud, I mean, uncomfortably loud and distractive. Taking away the entire relaxation experience of the Pedi. I’m just sad because I can’t seem to find a decent place these days that doesn’t charge outrageous prices for standard Mani/Pedi. No gel, no spa, just clean up, clip and paint. Smh. But if the experience is lovely you don’t mind the prices, this wasn’t and I really wish these establishments would consider this. They know we can’t understand what they are saying and have to know we find it rude.

Sassy is an awesome nail salon!! Hannah does fantastic, meticulous work. I get hard gel and am always happy with the results. The salon is new and very bright and clean. They do pedis, too. Go check it out!

I asked to please cut my nails short bc I like them super short and the technician cuts them but they are still really long. So I said sorry to be a pain but they are still longer than what it was hoping for and she tells me to stop worrying and she is going to file them down. File down half my nails? I said, I just don’t think that’s going to be short enough, can you just cut them bc that’s how they usually do it here and she basically told me to stop asking.
