Critical: Professionalism, QualityI hate to be this person, but I have been here 4 times, and unfortunately, all 4 times has ended in disappointment. first and second time my polish was lumpy and the shape was sloppy. The third time, I brought a friend with me, and they refused to paint simple snakes on my friends nails, and simply used a sticker on mine, and the edges of said sticker curled up and caught on things. this last time, I have gotten them done, loved how they looked leaving the store, but once I got home, about an hour later, one broke….. not cool, but also all the gel topcoat is peeling off. its been 24 hours, and they look terrible now….. I paid $90 for this after I specifically told them that I had a budget of $82. I went in looking to get just my nails done, but after much pestering I caved and got a pedi too, after I had already told them I just wanted my nails done. I have really bad social anxiety and tried to say no. I told them several times that all I had on me was $82 cash and that was my budget, and they ignored it, having me pay $90 for services I didn’t even want.
