So I went here yesterday. I was able to get my toes and full set for $135 with my tip. The service was wonderful and honestly it was nice to just sit in silence and be pampered. Went in, have visited prior & had okay service. Asked for glitter acrylic & was told “we don’t do that” although, there is a full wall of acrylic and they 100% have glittered acrylic. But, that’s okay.. continue on.. The whole time the girl was rude and never even said thank you charge me $45 for the worst acrylic fill I’ve ever had. Go here for terrible service and anything other than a good set.

Made an appointment on-line for 12p. Got there 5 minutes before. Told them I had a 12p appointment, they said wait 30 minutes. I stated again I had an appointment, they said wait 15 minutes. I’m not sure what is the point of booking an appointment if it is not honored. So I left and got my toes done somewhere else. It’s not huge deal, but really?

I normally do not leave poor reviews for business. But, don’t waste your money by going to this salon. My nails are a quarter of an inch thick, have rough spots, waves, and every nail is a different shape. I was also double charged. I went here for a while but I decided to not return after my last visit. I got dip on my nails for over a year and whatever they were doing made my nails extremely thin. The dip would grow out and peel by my cuticles and get caught in my hair. It was really frustrating because dip was supposed to help keep nails strong or that was my understanding. When it was taken off my nails were pitted and very very very thin. I stopped doing the dip and wanted regular polish. I wanted to grow my nails to be healthy again . So my last visit they super pressured me to get gel on my toes and fingers. I told them no several times and that dip doesn’t work for me. They made me feel really uncomfortable about not getting gel. I would honestly pay more not to have gel because it always ends up messing up my nails and it doesn’t last long for me. They should understand people have their own preferences and to not put pressure on someone who doesn’t like something.

By far the BEST mani/pedi I’ve had in a long time. They didn’t rush thru it and cut up my cuticles like other places have in the past. Very friendly and clean. Will definitely go back

I have been a customer for years, they were good at first but the customer services has gone so far downhill it is amazing. This time i went in for a pedicure and when they filed down my toe nail they did it so hard that it left me with an open wound all along where they file touched my skin. It was so deep that i could insert some of my nail into it. I noticed this immediately i got outside and to my car and when i went in and showed them what had happened all they did was give me a band aid and i think maybe one of the ladies said sorry. I have attached a picture of my big toe because it is most visible but this was on every single one of my toes. I even paid extra for gel and this is how i was treated. The salon looks very nice so they charge a pretty hefty price which would be okay of their work and customer service matched the high class environment of the shop.
