First off let me say, the owner and the gentleman she works with do an outstanding job at making you feel welcome, aside from that I had a complete reshaping done and he took extra time to create the perfect “witchy point” I was going for. He was so patient and thorough and it’s PERFECT! EXACTLY what I was going for. They knew my birthday is on Halloween and I wanted to be extravagant. I got exactly what I wanted thanks to the both of them. I absolutely love sassy nails, they take pride in their work and create personal relationships with their customers.

My daughter and I got our nails done here today and I’m so impressed! We came in for a fill from a previous places work that was so, so and I was so happy with nail tech fixing up my shape! It looks so much better! and we love the magnet polish this is my favorite set I’ve ever had! Definitely will be back! Also both nail techs made us very comfortable and were fun to chat with!

I don’t typically write reviews but I am extremely disappointed. The lady who did my nails did not prep them or push back the cuticles at all before applying acrylic on them. The nails were very messy, different lengths and different shapes. When she was done there were huge chunks of acrylic under almost every nail. She also made me bleed on 4 different fingers which can cause infections easily. I called and they told me they would give me a $20 refund- this was 2 weeks ago and they never did.

I took my daughter here for daddy daughter day. We had an appointment for 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. When we arrived the employees were all busy with other customers. No big deal.

Ruined my bridal nails!!! I’ve been going here for about 2 years however I just went there for my wedding nails. First off they cut my finger bad. I showed them the color I needed for my wedding and the design I wanted. They said they had the color and could do the design. I immediately noticed that the dip the owner was using didn’t look like the right color instead of listening to me she kept using it saying that when it dries it will be the right color. It was absolutely not even close to the correct color. So then she painted over it with the right color but still upcharged me for the dip. Then she absolutely did not know how to do the design I wanted, and instead of telling me she kept ruining the nails even worse. I got there at 5pm and around 9:30pm after her husband stood over my shoulder being so rude to me (speaking about me in both English and their language) they charged me $100 for unfinished nails and told me to come back the next day to finish them. I was a bride and didn’t get the nails I expected not even close and was treated horribly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They also over filed my moms feet for her pedicure and her feet was so raw it hurt her at my wedding to walk!
