Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGetting a pedicure was a much needed outing to say the least and I saw this place had good reviews so I tried it out, bad mistake.The guy that did my pedicure didn’t seem like he wanted to be there AT ALL, kept checking his watch for the time. He scrubbed the bottom of my feet for maybe 5 minutes? And they still were bad so I asked if he could get some more off of them, and he quickly said “I can’t get everything off, otherwise your feet would be raw and that would be my fault”.. I’ve gotten plenty of pedicures and I’ve never heard of this before..still a bunch of skin on the bottom of my feet… no specialty pedicures were offered to me and by reading comments, it seems as though they are offered.. the whole massage and lotion part lasted 5 minutes… He then painted by toenails which looked awful… I told another nail tech about my experience and she offered to repaint them and I said I didn’t want to make a big deal, especially in front of him not knowing how he would react considering my previous interactions with him.The lady never apologized, and gave me a 15 dollar discount coupon which was nice; however no apology, frankly I should have gotten a full refund. I am NEVER one to complain, but I had to, especially how much we pay for these services.This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received, including customer service. If you don’t want to work there, DONT!!! Getting a pedicure was a much needed outing to say the least and I saw this place had good reviews so I tried it out, bad mistake.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to Sassy Nails today to get a mani pedi for the first time in over a year. I was really looking forward to my appointment but I was quickly disappointed. The person who did my acrylics did them extremely fast and the gel polish was lumpy and very uneven. The pedicure was equally rushed (but somehow cost $47…). The never cut my cuticles, soaked my fingers, or moisturized my hands.I asked if they could fix up my nails and the lady who did the pedicure agreed that they looked bad so she said she could repaint them for me. She proceeded to try and make my nails look better but left my cuticles and finger tips bleeding from the use of the rotary tool.I left the salon as soon as I could because I had been there since 11:00 am and it was now 1:45pm by the time they finished. I didn’t realize till I was in my car that excess gel polish was caked on my fingers. This place was sloppy and messy and very disappointing. I went to Sassy Nails today to get a mani pedi for the first time in over a year. I was really looking forward to my appointment but I was quickly disappointed. The person who did my acrylics did them extremely fast and the gel polish was lumpy and very uneven. The pedicure was equally rushed (but somehow cost $47…). Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEven though I didn’t have an appointment, I was quickly helped and taken care of! Very gentle when removing my gel polish, cutting cuticles, and clipping nails. The pedicure seats have great massage options, and the hot stones feel amazing on your heels/calves! I didn’t feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. They took their time, communicated well, and kept light conversation! 🙂 as a diabetic that appreciates care with my feet, I will definitely be going back. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was quickly helped and taken care of! Very gentle when removing my gel polish, cutting cuticles, and clipping nails. The pedicure seats have great massage options, and the hot stones feel amazing on your heels/calves! I didn’t feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone.
