I put on pullish nails and they lasted 3 weeks, then I took them off and asked for a permanent manicure, they were very beautiful, but after a week they began to break one by one, I went to the store to ask for a solution and they did not offer me a refund and no solution , I had to ask them to remove the paint that I had left and with great reluctance they did it, without answering for the poor quality of their paintings. I do not recommend it, it was a bad experience, since I wasted my money, my time and did not receive any solution or apologies from its workers, who are its owners. Went to Sassy nails for the first time yesterday. I had not made an appointment first but they took me right in and got me set up for a pedicure. Place was steadily busy for a Tuesday afternoon. She did a wonderful job making me feel pampered. The massage was wonderful and I felt so much calmer and happier then when I had walked thru the door. I will definitely go back.

My sister and I visited Sassy Nails after a long and stressful day. We did call ahead to make sure they had openings for both of us since we were both wanting mani/pedis. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and said they could accommodate us at 6 p.m. on the same day. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were welcomed immediately. Our technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The other patrons were very friendly as well. My sister and I were extremely pleased with our services and have decided to make this a monthly or bi-weekly event as it was so very relaxing and enjoyable. They even had us stay a bit late as the polish on my sister’s little toes had gotten messed up and they didn’t want her to leave unhappy. We will definitely be going back. Prices were very reasonable and they had a very large selection of colors to choose from.

My favorite place to get my nails done! Sometimes you have to wait a while, even if you have an appointment, but the service is always great. And, the ladies are so nice. They even remember things about you from the last time you saw them! They’re great!

I usually hate getting pedicures because it’s so painful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had! I’ll never go anywhere else, and I don’t even live in Versailles! Kind, gentle, sweet, I didn’t feel like they were talking about us in their own language like in so many places in Lexington. The other people having their nails done were so friendly. We all had a great conversation. That would never happen in Lexington or Frankfort. I’m so glad I went there!

Best salon EVER! You can always count on it being clean. Everyone is so nice and they treat us like family every time we go in there. We don’t even live in Versailles but will drive there to see them. We have been to more expensive places that were not even close to as good as Tommy and Angelina are. The entire staff is super nice.
