I went in and asked for a pedicure and a simple fill/overlay with NO POLISH. I expected maybe 25 for a simple pedicure and 15 for fill. My hands and feet don’t look bad but I was charged 28 for my pedicure and 28 for my nails. The shop is dirty and customer service is not on the menu. They weren’t rude but they weren’t nice either. I feel like I was charged more because I was new to the place. NEVER GOING BACK

Theresa, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating! She does an amazing job on my nails and I am so happy to have found her!! I had been going over to a nail place in Lake Mary, but, there I was just a number, and no one honestly cared if I came in or if I didn’t… At Sassy Nails I am treated as someone special and with such kindness. Love this place. They are clean! My lady cleans her tools with alcohol each time, I literally see her. The environment is perfect not hot and stuffy like others. Today I had the worst experience here getting a fill on my acrylic nails. The acrylic was uneven and bumpy, it looked so bad at the end I had to say something. It took them 3 times of fixing them to get my nails somewhat decent and I had to change what I originally wanted because they couldn’t do a simple white tip on the ends. Not once did they even attempt to make things right until I was noticeably aggravated and over it. Still made me pay full price after being there two hours from their mistakes & I will have to get them done correctly elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have tried for years to be happy with their service because they are close to my home, but finally I have given up. I made an appointment for 3:00 on a Monday. I arrived at 2:55 and was given the run around by several nail techs saying “I will be right with you.”. Finally, at 3:30 Kim (nail tech) started on my nails.

I called ahead at 3:30pm and they told me to come in at 4:30 to assist me with Gel removal. I came there at 4:30 as they instructed, and upon check in they then told me, “Come back at 5:30”. Their lack of professionalism with handling potential new clients is deplorable. Gel removal is the easiest thing in the book, all they have to do is put pads on my nails and walk away for half an hour. No more than 3 minutes to set me up. Absolutely NO customer service and they just said a random time just to get me in the door. Not only will I now NEVER be a client, I will make sure to share with everyone I can to avoid coming to this place. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere!!!!!!!

They do not have any professional customer service manner. As soon as you say something they start talking in their own language and laugh. For the 2nd time , they fooled me with the matching color nail polish. They rush you to pick color, and they are very harsh on your nails. The lady was pulling my nail cuticles so fast and hard that caused me pain and bleeding. Not happy with service st all.

Ive never been so embarrassed, I left the salon with my upper lip burnt from the wax, ripped off my skin & was so painful. I came back to explain to them what occurred and asked for the owner to please treat me with respect and at least apologize for what was done to me, all she did was yell at me in front of the costumers, while denying my face was burnt. I asked her to please refund me and she refused.
