Please do not even waste your time or money here. I scheduled an appointment for 11AM and didn’t even get into a chair until 15 minutes after. My pedicure turned out nice, but took an hour and a half. When I sat down to start my nails it was 12:30. They turned out terrible and were for my birthday this weekend. 2 1/2 hours & $100 later for my nails to look like this. The gentleman doing them also continued to mock customers and employees. I wouldn’t even let them touch my dogs nails after this. Couldn’t pay me to come back

Went there for a full set, sat in the first chair with the gentleman that answers the phone and rings you up. He rushed my nails, didn’t give me the color I wanted, and then my nails started popping off two weeks later on the day I was going back for fill and 6 out of 10 nails had fungus! Never ever has fungus and I have had acrylics for years in Texas. This pic is after I cleaned my nails up. Greenish yellow discoloration.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried to patronize this business more than once and I have received the same treatment. They owner is very dismissive and disrespectful. I asked for a pedicure and was advised it would be a “long wait”. When I asked to tell me how long is a “long wait” as I expected to wait and had no problem waiting she told me no one could get to me today. I walked in a few minutes after 2 o’clock. They close at 7. When I brought this up looking around and seeing the waiting area empty and only 3 people already getting pedicures no one responded nor did she even bother to look at me as I was talking with her. It’s clear my money isn’t wanted here.

I had an appointment at 11 and waited four days to get a gel fill in and a pedicure I felt I was being rush out of the way for another customer, I asked that my nails be thin they aren’t and look artificial. I asked that they be cut down just a little they were cut to short and very uneven, the nail polish is not coving all my nails. I am very disappointed. When you try to talk to them about it they seems to get an attude with you and talk in their language to each other this is second time I felt that they were being rude, this will be my last time going there. I will not give them any more of my money.

I love Sassy Nails and the owners Tony and Trian. The environment is very clean and comfortable. I love how they care for my feet with the disposable pedi. Im a diabetic so it’s important to me that I don’t get an infection. My overall experience is always great.

Very disappointed!!! Had Apt for pedicure they gave it to two girls in front of us we had to wait 35 min. My nail polish on my toes was rushed and it’s a mess. Most likely will not return.
