I went to Queen nails on Newport Avenue and I asked the girl three times to file the nails thinner they were chunky and square and the acrylic was so thick I was absolutely sick to my stomach with how terrible they looked and how much she obviously did not care about her job. This morning I stopped into sassy nails because they are open so early and I needed to get some fixed before I left for vacation. I was immediately helped and when he asked me what I needed all I did was show him my nails And he was immediately appalled by how they looked and I didn’t even need to tell him what needed to be done for me to love them! He filed them down so beautifully and thin and they look so classy now. I would give this man my firstborn child for helping me out in such a time crunch . 10/10 would definitely recommend

They did it very short and my nails were way to thick and not even the length that I wanted. On the side of the nails weren’t properly painted and the shape wasn’t what u wanted. I have had my nails done at Sassy Nails for years. When I showed up for my bi-weekly appointment the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I was shocked when I walked in, the furniture was rearranged and I didn’t recognize the woman that greeted me. I found out that the previous owners sold the business and Diane was the new owner. She sat me right down and got to work on my nails. I was a bit apprehensive since the same person had done my nails for years. Diane and I had a great conversation while she was doing my nails and I was very pleased when she was done. I booked my next appointment before I left and I have been so happy with the results every other Saturday since. I have had my nails and waxing done by Diane, Mary and Nelly, each taking their time and doing a fantastic job. I haven’t had the chance for Hannah to do my nails yet, but she is a sweet woman and from what I have seen of her work, she does a great job too. If you are thinking of visiting Sassy Nails, please give them a try, you will be happy you did!

I have been going to Sassy Nails for 5 years. Steven and the team are so welcoming. They know me on a first name basis and always ask me how my kids are doing or how work is going. Very personable team! I have not been able to find a nail salon in the area that does a better job with my gel pedicures. They always end it with a nice hot stone massage. Not many places do that without tagging on an extra fee. Their pricing reasonable. The establishment is clean and so are the tools they use. I will continue coming here because no one takes care of me better. Have NEVER had to return to get something fixed. Some of these one star reviews below are shocking to me!

I had been a customer of Sassy’s since the day they took ownership of the prior owner over 3 years ago. Went every 2 weeks for fill and polish. NEVER ONE COMPLAINT! NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. Shocked that there are good reviews? I even went to the business next door after leaving and they could not believe how awful my nails looked! I could not get myself to go back and complain. Felt if they looked that bad why try again. The manager Diane with the most experience their did my nails and they came out absolutely horrible! I will never return there again
