I absolutely LOVE my nails! The guys did such an amazing job. They took their time to make sure i was happy with what I was getting. When i told the guy that one of the nails was crooked, there was no snarky comments coming from him like most salons i have went to. He just said, ” Let me know when it looks good to you.” They were all so nice there. Definitely my new place to get my nails done! Recommend!

My pedicure was amazing. I have some significant bruising on my legs due to a fall but had dragon claw nails that needed to be tamed. Asked my tech to just work on the feet and not worry about my legs. He spent extra time massaging only into feet, carefully wrapped my legs in hot towels and did and excellent job painting my toenails. I have never been more impressed with a pedicure service.

I would highly recommend Sassy Nails to any, however, today I was a bit upset, I went in to get my nails done for a Barbie themed birthday party and Ryan took his time and did my nails perfectly. There wasn’t one flaw, then a girl that worked there came up and started filing on my nails again, it took off paint from Ryan’s perfect nail job, then she quickly tried to fix them and not the paint is uneven as well as the top coat. It isn’t smooth and Ryan did such a perfect job, I’m not sure why she even touched my nails after they were done so well. I will be back tomorrow to have them fixed. I usually don’t complain, but I was not happy about her messing with them after they were perfectly done by him to begin with. I was also running late and by the time she went to fix them, Ryan was already with another client. This is unfortunate. I was extremely happy with them until she messed with them.

Super disappointed in the service I received today! I showed the guy what I wanted and he did something completely different, he asked if I wanted a spider web and I said yes, not only did he paint my nails all black but did the spider web black!!! You can’t even see it! He didn’t check to see if my nails were all the same length, some are longer than others, he paint my hands and didn’t even bother to remove it with nail polish removal. It’s like he didn’t even care about the quality he just wanted to get them done! Super disappointed!
