Positive: Professionalism, QualityKate is amazing! She takes her time and makes sure your Nails are perfect! I called an hour before they closed and they took me in, no problem and with smiles on all their faces. They even stayed over an hour after they closed to make sure their work was amazing!! The nails are definitely top quality and the service is great. It is very expensive. However, I liked the fact that I didn’t have to keep explaining how I wanted my nails done the lady knew exactly after saying it once. They give great customer service and overall just a good environment.

My nail tech walked in grumpy this morning. Everything I asked for seemed like an issue, everything I asked for was argued against…she seemed to get more grumpy as time went on… I didn’t want dip powder but that’s what I got, my nails are rough and have jagged edges… I’m not happy that I spent $140 for nails I don’t like… and the owner was VERY pushy about me paying in cash, I didnt want ATM fees and she didn’t care. Very frustrating that I don’t get what I want when I’m paying high prices for services…

$110 4 Tropical nail/ped. Wasn’t the color I asked 4 & I didn’t want gel on my toes. The extra $15 she charged me could of been on her tip. Beautiful spa! I loved the service but lengthy. Great wax & massage! I just felt worked at check out. Very clean spa and nice quiet relaxing music..

Worst manicure ever. Heard nothing but “NO”. Also the first place that I was told I’m not ALLOWED to try colors on my nails. After I was told that, I picked a purple color which is actually pink on my nails. The lady kept on saying that’s not their fault because it’s not them that produce the gels and forced me to pick another color so I went with a deeper purple. The lady was too rude that I was actually hurt. In general, worst service, worst attitude, and worst skills.

Really loved the experience at sassy. They were so really sweet and did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I had my almost 3 year old daughter with me and she can be a little bit of a handful but, they let her sit with me, offered her a lollipop, and gave her the cutest manicure. I appreciate everyone’s patience and kindness – my daughter and I had a great day!
