comfortable and relaxed atmosphere it isn’t overcrowded and the ladies that work in there are very caring and passionate of the work that they do I most definitely have never experienced such hospitality in a nail salon as I did in this one I am now a new customer as long as they are in Daphne I will make sure my money will be spent there because I know it will be spent well and worth it. You will not regret coming to this place, you regret that you didn’t come sooner

Nancy is an amazing nail tech. She was careful to make sure that I was comfortable the entire family pedicure and manicure. I got regular polish on my toes that she color matched to the sns color I picked. She did true and and made sure to carefully sculpt my nail shape. Definitely recommend! Loved that there are lots of SNS / Dip color options! They are adhering to social distancing guidelines but I didn’t like that no one wore masks in there… it was un-nerving. A couple employees had on masks, but out of the 6 customers in there at the same time, I was the only one wearing a mask. They do have the plexi-glass barrier @ each nail station. This pic is a week old & nails still look great!

I wanted to treat my mother, sister and myself to getting our nails done. They do not withhold their rating. Randy, the technician who did my nails did a good job with the acrylics, but when it came to polish, he left the white polish very uneven. When the nail designer came to put the design on my nails I asked her if she could redo the white nails. She kindly did. She did very good on the design. As for my mothers nails, she went first and even after my sister and my nails were finished, her nails hadn’t dried because of the bad polish. She asked for it to be changed and the tech repainted her nails. She also wanted her toes redone because she didn’t want hot pink nails and electric green toes. If her nails didn’t dry what makes you think the toes are going to dry? Then the lady had an attitude because she wanted her toes changed too. For my sisters nails, the tech painted all on-top of her cuticles and it looked very sloppy and rushed.

My wife and I showed up for our appointment about 25 min. early, everyone was busy, one lady said hello and I told her that we were a little early for an appointment. She said okay and nothing else, not take a seat, didn’t tell my wife to pick a color…nothing! There was no waiting area, there were 2 chairs that were arranged like they were used for work, but no real waiting area. There was also no price list, anywhere! We’ve never been in a place that didn’t have their prices listed. After 20 minutes of waiting and being treated like we weren’t even there, we walked out. The least friendly place we’ve been to out here.
