Critical: Qualityso i’m not the type to leave reviews on business or anything, but i felt like i NEEDED to get this out there. i have no complaint about the polish, design, or shape of my set, but my cuticles are BUTCHERED!!! the cuticle area on my thumb was literally bleeding! and they hurt so bad i couldn’t even wash my hair in the shower! my fingertips still have some of the white gel smearedon them, where they then proceeded to try and cut the paint off with cuticle cutters. the only person who treated me great was Johnny, he applied my acrylic SO WELL, but then i got switched to a different tech and it was a nightmare from there. i would recommend seeing Johnny for acrylic and just a basic paint :)Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Gel manicuresso i’m not the type to leave reviews on business or anything, but i felt like i NEEDED to get this out there. i have no complaint about the polish, design, or shape of my set, but my cuticles are BUTCHERED!!! the cuticle area on my thumb …More

Critical: ProfessionalismI was very disappointed as I have been in this salon several times and this incident was inexcusable to me Saturday. When I came in I was greeted and they brought me water however after 15 minutes they did not ask me what I needed they told me to go sit in number four which was for a pedicure which I did not need. I told them that when they finally asked me what I would like to have I told her a fill-in . never did I say anything other than a feel-in! They did not listen once again and I waited for another 20 minutes and was finally told to go sit in a chair and waited, another lady came by looked at my nails asked me if I wanted them off and I said no I want it a fill-in after 20 more minutes of waiting and other people walking in and getting immediate service I was upset. The main lady who originally asked me what I wanted finally sat down and started to work on me and realized what I needed and that was going to be a long process, I had other things to do and was not able to stay nor wanted to give my business to someone who failed to listen repeatedly ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️PatheticI was very disappointed as I have been in this salon several times and this incident was inexcusable to me Saturday. I was very disappointed as I have been in this salon several times and this incident was inexcusable to me Saturday.
