Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called on 1/26/21 and she didn’t answer. Once I got her on the phone at 11:06am she said she was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. She never called me back but sent a text at 4:15pm. This was our unprofessional text thread :Diva : “you can text.” 4:15pmMe: I’m sorry, who is this? 4:16pmSorry, the hair salon. Yes I can text.Diva: Diva g 9:22pmMe: 1/27 Good Evening, am I able to come for a wash and blow dry on Friday? No one called me back.She called me to say I can come on 1/29 at 5:30 and it was confirmed. The next morning on 1/29 she sent a text saying at 9:01am “Good morning I have a spot for 12:30-1pm” I responded at 9:02am that I can come at 12:30.I rearranged my day to come at this new set time. I was TWO minutes away from pulling in the parking lot . She texted at 12:20pm “Don’t worry. Someone else answers before you” How someone answered before me and I answered you one minute after you texted me but you didn’t COMMUNICATE that you needed me to come at my regular set time and I drove to the salon!It gets better… I knocked on the door, called her twice and sent a text message and NO ANSWER but I can hear her talking in the room.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You need to get a receptionist with a calendar because you need help.I wish I could attach screenshots and call logs. I was outside the door for 10 minutes and waited in the parking lot until after 1pm without a response.Owner response to my review:My apologies but I did told you that someone else responded before you to come earlier. You texted back but i wish you would have called and not stand in the hall way KNOWING the policy of COVID.DID YOU READ?! I KNOCKED,CALLED YOU TWICE AND TEXTED!
