Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTERRIBLE! Spent 2 hrs getting my pedicure and manicure done and had to come back 4 hrs later because one of my nails peeled!! I had not even taken a shower yet. I came back to get it fixed and in 2 min they took off like stickers the rest of the gel on the other nails. They barely speak English here, so the lady didn’t even understand when I told her that I wanted longer nails. You would think the second time I came around after wasting time, energy and GAS driving back, they would offer to do the longer nails that I asked for the first time for free… well NO! They were like “ do you still want longer nails? It is extra”. Also, I had made an appointment and they were not ready when I showed up. RUN!!!!TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Spent 2 hrs getting my pedicure and manicure done and had to come back 4 hrs later because one of my nails peeled!! I had not even taken a shower yet. I came back to get it fixed and in 2 min they took off like stickers the rest of the gel on the other nails. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value1st time at Sassy’s I called day before asked approximate prices on short perm. Went to appointment no surprises price was right and place is nice, people are very nice and I told “Mary” how I wanted it and my hair was perfect! Definitely will go back! Also the place offers many options, facials, massage, nails etc..
