Due to my work schedule, Ms. Joyce was able to get me in for a haircut and Korean perm for late afternoon with very short notice. She’s attentive, caring, extremely skilled, respectful, and passionate for what she does. She offered me various hairstyles and gave me suggestions on what would look best on me. Just for reference, I have Asian hair with medium to long hair length. Some of my hairs didn’t have equal length making it challenging to cut. Nevertheless, she took her time meticulously look over every angle and trimming my hair to make it look best. I urge for anyone who’s new to Baltimore to check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I tried to like my hair, but I just can’t. Very nice people, but the cut and color are bad and it’s not what I asked for. She cut it way too short, too. She went overboard with the thinning and I didn’t even ask for it to be thinned. I have dark hair, and I’ve dyed my hair light colors before, but she said I should go darker because lighter colors won’t take to my hair type. I asked for a dark copper or auburn and settled for a medium brown because of what she said, but the color that is actually showing only shows at the roots and ONLY in the light. It’s a super dark brown. The rest of my hair is black even though it was a full dye job. This was a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible SERVICE!!! My second time in the salon and the lady is always over booked. The assistant was no help so basically running the salon all by herself, which i have no issue with but she had 3 clients at the same time took me 3 hours just to get a hair cut and decided not to get other services done and i had the appointment. While servicing me she was rushing, pulling my hair and smacked me with the blowdryer while rushing. Ruined my whole day. I understand people have bad days but this was not just once and didn’t offer no discount for bad service either. Long story short not going there again in my life PERIOD.

The best hair salon ive been to. She is so gentle and precise with her work. I don’t usually fall asleep during a haircut but with here 5 times of falling asleep. 100% recommend. Super nice also.

This is an amazing salon to go to. The place is very clean and organized. The staff is very nice. I went to get a Balayage done along with a haircut. The stylist took her time and did an amazing job with my hair. I would recommend everyone to go here.

Made an appointment today for a haircut and perm, and as soon as I walked in there, they showed me great hospitality and was very welcoming. While my hair was undergoing through perming process, they would still come back and constantly check me/ talk to me even though they are busy. Joyce Kim and her assistant did an awesome job and the price was very decent for the effort they put into it. My haircut/perming came out excellent! Would definitely come back again for haircuts/ other hair treatments.
