I probably got the one that doesn’t know how to do their job right just nice and friendly.(reason for a 2 star)Before I booked my appointment I asked Maribel if she was able to do what I wanted with extensions (showed her a picture of the hair color I wanted) she said yes! So then I booked my appointment and it was nothing like what I wanted.(attached pictures). The “purple shampoo fixes everything” what she made it sound like but nope. SO UPSET. I wouldn’t bother coming here ever again . Thanks for taking almost 1k for something I didn’t want. Oh and the extensions. Ooooo my they didn’t blend at all from the front so I ended up taking them off a week later. SO embarrassing walking around with hair extensions that don’t blend.. QUESTION THO…. WHY SAY,”YES I CAN DO IT” WHEN YOU CANT . Not the first time a “professional hairstylist” does this to me . Smh.

My second appointment did not turn out as expected. I will not mention the stylist hair because my intent is to share the experience I received. The stylist cut my hair but it did not turn out right. I had a difficulty styling my hair. I called within the 3-day policy for a redo. I was not upset at all. I understand that this may occur from time to time. When I came in for the redo, the stylist appeared upset and was quick to say she was NOT going to wash my hair and restyle. I explained that I could not style my hair and needed a redo. The stylist went on to say that sassy dos has a 3-day policy and that she/he was not obligated to redo. The stylist was incorrect. I called within the 3-day period. The stylist appeared agitated that I came in for a redo. The stylist attempted to recut my hair but I continue to have difficulty styling my hair. I will need to find another salon. I thought I found a nice place.

Do not ever think of going there!!! Had never had a stylist who decided he did not have the skill to do the partial highlighting on my 5 inch long hair AFTER already starting the service. Now I am left with a few blonde strands in the back and have to find a stylist to finish the job!!! Hair coloring

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSAM did a Stunning job on my hair ! Unrealistic how good this guy truly is. I went in there with really messes up hair that needed a lot of work to correct it (uneven and different colors). I showed Sam a picture of what I wanted and that was it! Sam knew exactly what to do. I am ridiculous particular when it comes to my hair even down to the techniques. Sam did an exceptional job better than what I expected. I high recommend Sam, he isn’t afraid of a challenge. With Sam techniques he should really be a celebrity’s hairdresser or famous, this guy is unreal ! If I had the option to give them 10 stars I would! I had fairly long hair for a guy and was recommended this salon for a good friend of mine. Irania the stylist was very genuine and accommodating throughout the entire session. I didn’t even know I was going to get my hair prepped, washed and cleaned up like that! I don’t know how to thank her enough for the clean slicked back look it’s just what I asked for. Even did my eyebrows before I mentioned anything about it! She knew what looked best on me. Highly recommend going to her at this salon! Also, I thought it was pretty cool that they asked if I wanted a drink while I get my cut, I’ve never had that happen before! Super courteous!

Had made an appointment with Gabriel. The appointment was set for 4:30. Receive a call from Sassy Do’s at 4:25 telling me Gabriel had to cancel last minute. The Manager was rude and told me no one else could do my hair everyone was booked. I drove over 1/2 hour. Last minute cancellation is not cool. I will not be returning to this salon.
