My hair is fine and thin, so I don’t trust it to just anyone, especially when chemicals are involved. Regina knows her chemistry, so I asked her for treatment suggestions. She recommended the Olaplex treatment, and I couldn’t be happier! My hair was immediately softer and smoother. The results lasted a good five months. To top it all off, her price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend her for any services!

I love having a someone in Boone who I trust to do my family’s hair! She is always very prompt in answering my questions. We talked about what we wanted first, how much, and the upkeep. I always allow her input to what I request since she is the professional and can see things I might miss. Then the day of the big appt we have such a great time chitchatting about life! She was able process my thick hair in reasonable time. Then she has always asked about how I liked the appt after. Regina answers messenger, txting, and calling very professional and honestly cares about her clients! I’ve added photos of my hair and my daughter’s hair below all photos were at different appts.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Sassy & Company Hair Salon today for a trim and an olaplex treatment, and I couldn’t be more unhappy. This is the choppiest, most uneven haircut I have ever had, and it’s way shorter than I asked for. She kept cutting more and more off trying to even it up, but was just making it worse. Also, she went over all of the steps of the olaplex treatment with me before she started, and she didn’t even do all of the steps. This is very upsetting considering how much money I spent there. I’ve also never had a hair stylist rip my earrings out with a round brush like she did! I already have an appointment with another salon that knows what they’re doing so they can try to fix this terrible haircut. I went to Sassy & Company Hair Salon today for a trim and an olaplex treatment, and I couldn’t be more unhappy. This is the choppiest, most uneven haircut I have ever had, and it’s way shorter than I asked for. She kept cutting more and more off trying to even it up, but was just making it worse. She helped me figure out what I wanted based off of pictures I sent her and gave great advice for taking care of my hair!
