If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had noticed the name of the hairstylist who worked on me so I could specifically mention him, but he’s tall with blonde hair. I went in for a 3 inch trim, straight across, nothing fancy. I said “I just want the dead ends off, about 3-4 inches, straight across, no layers.” I left with about 7 inches off and layers.
