Walked in with my daughter and son-in-law to get a full Dipping powder nail set. I had my own nails grown out except for two nails. Charged me $12 to remove the acrylic and another 50 for dipping powder… Total of $62… Which is outrageous…. Cost aside, My nails were all misshaped. When I complained he told me my nails are too short. If that was the issue, then why didn’t he suggest a different shape or tips? VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I got the spa pedicure which should have included sugar scrub and massage, and I got neither. The entire thing was rushed. Then, the lady got up and left saying someone would be coming to paint my nails soon. I waited for about 20 minutes, and when I told them I really had to go, finally someone came and painted my nails.

I got the gel pedicure. In the description it lists “massage” as a normal pedicure would include. As she ended and was putting my shoes on I asked about the massage, she stated “I did one I put oil on you and rubbed it off with towel” I didn’t pay $105 for oil being poured from bottle and wiped off with wet towel for 2 seconds. Also my pedicure was so rushed it took 23 minutes. I will never recommend or be back, should’ve gone to my normal place.

I frequent here often for a few years. I’ve brought my family too. The staff is very friendly! Though on some occasions there was a 30 min wait, so it’s good to go during the week.

So the pedicure was okay. That’s why 2 stars. The nails however were HORRIBLE. I got dip nails and the thing I love most about dip is no UV light. Not here… they did the dip powder (I got a steel grey) and buffed it out and then put a gel coat over it and put me under UV. The gel came out looking uneven and lumpy and you could see buff lines in the dip. Horrible job. Horrible! I will never go back.

Me and my daughter have been coming for a while now. This place is amazing. The ambiance is incredible. Megan does my pedicures and waxing, she is very attentive. She does EXACTLY what I want and she never rushes. Most importantly, she always makes sure I’m okay with the services while she’s working. Richard is remarkable. He’s always always pleasant and welcoming. Amazing place. Glad I found them

Ya’ll! The lady who did my nails did such a great job. But after she did my pedicure I noticed they don’t sanitize / wash the foot tubs after pedicures!!!! I saw 3 different techs do this!
