Erika is wonderful and I am so glad that I found her. She took the time to actually listen to me. I love my haircut, she did an amazing job and that is not something I have been able to say for years. Scheduling is also convenient and very upfront. I came in today to try and get an appointment for the end of March to have mine and my Mother’s hair done up for my Son’s Wedding. The lady that greeted,me at the door asked the 2 girls that would be working that Saturday if they could squeeze me in. The one girl came out saying nooo and was busy but wouldn’t even check her schedule. The other girl said I don’t know tell her to go online to make an appointment. I stop by in person so I wouldn’t need to go on line and I have had several perms there. I felt very unimportant as a customer and not welcome at all. Very disappointing and I will never try to make an appointment again.
