Krissy (Kristen) is awesome. I’ve been going to her for years. Today was a true test. I came in with a picture of a reporter with extremely short hair and said I wanted the same cut. She checked to make certain that this wasn’t something I was doing on the spur of the moment and might regret…since my hair was definitely past my shoulders. She politely explained that cut wouldn’t work for several reasons and proceeded to find several options.

Never had bad experience here, but had exceptional one few weeks ago. Went in for normal shampoo and cut with Diana. I have super thick hair that gets a lot of buildup on my scalp. No matter what product I use or how much I scrape away at my scalp it never seems to do any good. I like when I get shampooed at salon because I feel they do a better job. This time Diana was super excited to see me because she just started carrying new line of products that she thought she should try for my problem. I said ok since my scalp been extra bad and starting to itch with the long winter and dry air. She showed me the product which had several different types, but one in particular for exactly my problem. It was amika Reset Pink Charcoal Scalp Cleansing Oil and another step too. I can’t begin to say how glad I was to try it. It not only took all of the buildup off my scalp, but my scalp literally was sqweaky clean. Both she and I couldn’t believe it. It did exactly what it promised. It is supposed to be a weekly treatment and it did last exactly a week. I will definitely add the service every time I go. Totally worth few extra dollars. They do sell it there and I should go back to get it, but it’s also cheap enough where I can go weekly just to have my hair shampooed with it. If this product did what it advertised, I assume the rest of the amika line will do the same. Highly recommend getting the treatment even if your problem is as bad as mine. Its always nice to get a squeaky clean scalp now and then!!! Super happy and excited that Diana thought of me as first person to try it out on! Thanks Diana, you’re the best!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to go have my hair colored, from dark to light…. And I left with barely a change….. And she was in a hurry towards the end, didn’t style it for me and I had dark brown hair color all over my forehead and neck and chunks in in my ears then when I asked for a refund they stated they don’t refund they only give store credits. Why on Earth would I want a credit to go back there ? Would not recommend!!!!I went to go have my hair colored, from dark to light…. And I left with barely a change….. Employees are very professional and friendly. The facility is very clean. They asked you many times if they are doing the cut right in the color right in case you don’t like what they’re doing they will change it for you. I think it is very kind of them to keep asking if you are satisfied with what they are doing
