Most of the people who I worked with here were nice. It was barely above minimum wage. Poorly run by owner. Most employees were mistreated. She would accuse me of things I didn’t even do. Mediocre environment. However, certain services were good.

Critical: QualityWORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I went for my Hair setting and makeup for my photoshoot. She started with curls which took her 1n half hour to do it and it didt event last for half n hour even with tons of spray, then she started makeup were they didt have my color foundation ,good that i have taken mine so i gave her mine. She started applying it then i asked her about primer so she started searching for it and applied concealer instead of primer which was was more lighter than my color and didt blend properly. Then she covered my whole face with bronzer and then the blush. coming to the eye makeup she was asking which color should she apply with around 5-6 colors in her pallet then again i gave mine when she started the eyemakeup it was terrible. Then she had the lipstick color which matched my dress but no bursh then again i gave mine. All the makeup products were very old and not hygiene. Then i had to put my own eyeliner as she didt even have that and had only pencil. so i did my own eyeliner and kajal. Such a worst experience of makeup and hair. i would have not given a penny but i was in a hurry as my photoshoot was scheduled and i had to reach the studio. I paid 55$ for makeup to do it myself and use myown makeup and paid 60$ for curls which didt even last for my shoot am very disappointed and dont want anyone to waste their money i dont know how my pictures are gonna turn out. i would have done a better job i dont know why did i even even trust them in the first place. Worst worst worst. You shouldt take appointments if you dont have the makeup.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I went for my Hair setting and makeup for my photoshoot. Critical: ProfessionalismHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Groupon for this place right before Covid hit hard in 2020. It expired April 18, 2020. My 1st instinct was to cancel Groupon for refund, but then I thought when things open up again, after Covid, this place will need customers, so I kept Groupon, knowing I would only use it at face value. I made a pedi appt only, even though Groupon was for a choice of no-chip or hydrating mani + pedi A regular pedi at this place cost $40, I paid $42 for my Groupon. I was willing to eat the $2, again thinking I was helping a small business. (Of course I’d tip the nail tech in cash, $8 for 20%.) Few hours after I scheduled my appt, I got a call from a woman (a man initially booked my appt), she explained the Groupon had to be used as is, meaning w the mani choice, not a pedi only. I explained to her everything I detailed above in this review + was told I should have gotten the refund from Groupon. I refuse to be penalized for trying to help a small business. If I used the Groupon before expiration, I would have received mani choice + pedi for the $42 paid, only owing tips. Why should I now have to pay for mani when I’m attempting to help your business? UNACCEPTABLE!! I’d rather not use the $42 + go to my usual, wonderful salon, get a pedi for $30 + tip the girl $10, to make her day. You’re not getting anymore of my money Sasha G Salon, SHAME ON YOU!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Groupon for this place right before Covid hit hard in 2020. It expired April 18, 2020. I have been going to this salon since I was about 8 years old and LOVE it!!! I cannot say enough about how caring and attentive to my needs the staff is. When I turned 16 we decided to do a keratin treatment which I absolutely loved! My hair stayed in natural beachy waves after I showed for months. I get color and cut on a bi-monthly basis with Larisa as well as monthly no-chip manicures. My hair and nails are both strong and healthy, even through the craziness of college. This salon and its staff are absolutely wonderful, enjoy!!

I am completely in love with this spa and the professional ladies that work there. My visit came in time of need for me and was entirely what I need it. Lets just say, besides great service, there is this great energy in salon that entirely embraces you and I left feeling at peace and fully relaxed and my best self.

Beware of pricing quoted when booking your services. I booked my appointment weeks in advance. My appointment started 15 min late despite the fact I was on time, I got to pay extra because the service took longer through no control of my own. The lady I had did a very good job with the waxing, very friendly and gentle. Though it did take longer. . I go to check out and then am notified that because it took longer I had to pay extra $20.00 because they had appointments that got cancelled. How is that MY FAULT??? However, when I actually talked to the manager she only called to explain “their side” and supposedly said my bill should of been higher but that they gave me a “20 % discount” Even though I was quoted differently over the phone when booking my appointment. Very unhappy with this customer service and scheduling. Will not be coming back to this salon and will definitely be passing on the warning to everyone I know.

I came here for a cut & style and absolutely loved it. I’ve since also done no chip manicure and pedicure, hair treatments, makeup for a wedding, and massage services.

The salon is large and airy. They are taking COVID-19 seriously, wiping down the stations between clients and spacing appointments so that there isn’t a large number of people in at any one time. They will be putting up plexiglass dividers between hair stylist stations for additional protection.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought products from the owner and was told I would not be able to pick them up until the weekend. Even though I had a receipt, two days later I was messaged that someone else had offered more money and unless I paid an additional 30% she was going to give what I had paid for to someone else. At this point I called the police but really needed what I had paid for, for my own salon and was in a tough position. I brought up to Larissa that I had a receipt showing that I had already paid but was told “This is business and she was just doing what would make her the most money.” To anyone considering getting work done or doing business with this company or Larissa specifically I suggest you look elsewhere. Worst experience of this year, I believe in fair business and treating others with respect, I cannot believe how unprofessional my experience with this salon has been. Not a trustworthy business in the least.
