This is by far the best nail salon I have found so far in Connecticut. I won’t get my nails touched by anybody else. The staff knows what they are doing 100%, they’re clean, and most of all actually excited about their work and are so happy to help your vision come to life – and do it perfectly too!! So many options to pick from as well if you don’t have your own idea. Already took a peek at their Halloween stuff and it does not disappoint!

My friend and I brought 3 babies into this salon. We do this quite a bit but this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The staff was so sweet to our babies, even helped when they were upset and we were stuck! We could not believe how attentive they were. My friend also said that she had the best massage for her pedicure!

I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been going for a little over 2 years and at first it was just for a pedicure but then I started getting a gel manicure and with the help of Miko my nails have gotten so healthy, won’t break, and I love that she is always up to the challenge for any design/inspo ideas I may have! I am always getting a compliment on my nails and I constantly shout out Miko and SaSa Nails. The establishment is clean and I love that every time they work on my nails they use a bagged set of tools. The other techs I’ve interacted are super sweet. I’ve recommended SaSa Nails to other friends and family and they love their work but as for me I will continue going there to make sure my nails stay healthy and looking great! I wish I could have my money back. My nails were long and looked nice. She filed too much and the painting was terrible. It looks like a five years old painted my nails. The feet was even worse, but I don’t feel comfortable posting pictures of it. Uneven, poorly painted, wrong design for 68 dollars. NOT WORTH IT! Pedicure, Manicure

Went for a full set of UV gel nails. Very disappointed, they are very thick and no matter how many times I asked for them to be thin, they kept telling me they already were as thin as they always make them. Honestly, they look like someone stuck chicklets to my fingers. There’s a noticeable hump near my cuticle and 4 of them are already lifting a week later. I would not recommend and will not go back.

They talked me into getting a spa pedicure which came with a free gel manicure. They ended up charging me for the pedicure and uv gel. The guy added it up and had 3 different prices. They totally screwed me. I will not go back

Never have any complaints about Sasa Nails! I have been going here around a year now and have never been let down by Summer and her staff. They always make me feel welcomed and leave me with the most gorgeous nails. I have tried pedicures, eyelash extensions and massages and would recommend this place to anyone! Sasa nails goes above and beyond to meet customers needs regardless of how busy they always get. Very loyal, kind and honest staff.

The shaping of the nails I got is crooked and uneven. The acrylic is lumpy and thick and so is the gel application. I started experiencing pain and burning in my thumb after the acrylic application. The whole service seemed rushed and it wasn’t even busy. I paid what I owed and didn’t make a scene but I won’t be coming back. I’m just really disappointed that I wasted my money. Another factor is the unclean tools which have been clearly used on other clients without proper sanitization in between.
