Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to them to get my hair from brown to platinum white and every session took 8 hours and 4 days and still did not come out right.my stylist had to ask others what should be put on my hair and did not know what she was doing at all . I would have a set appt with her and would not be there on time I would have to sit in my car and wait 30min to and hour . I do not recommend going here to this place!! I went to them to get my hair from brown to platinum white and every session took 8 hours and 4 days and still did not come out right.my stylist had to ask others what should be put on my hair and did not know what she was doing at all . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment at the ‘Beauty Lab’ with Stephanie and cannot speak more highly of both the services received and how professional she and her staff were. They took time to talk to me, go through the procedure and make sure I was happy at the end. I will absolutely be returning and referring all of my family and friends.
