Critical: ProfessionalismI booked two blowouts for myself and my mother-in-law for my wedding reception for 10/9/2021. I booked this appointment weeks ago. Today, 9/23/2021, I get a call stating that they need to bump my appointment for a bridal party. They were trying to move it two hours before or after the original time booked. If I wanted to keep my original appointment they will be sending me to a different location.If I wanted to go to the Irvine or CDM location, I would have booked it there originally. This was my first experience at a dry bar (was in town for a wedding). Brenda did my hair and was amazing, and I think Heather/Hannah (so sorry I’m blanking, I know it started with an H) did my make up. Both were super friendly, warm and did a great job. Reasonably priced, too.

Let my just say WOW from Ally who was so nice with booking my appointment to Rachel who was incredibly helpful and patient with my long thick hair that doesn’t really hold curls lol! This place is terrible. My girlfriend went in today for her prom hair style. She went in hoping to have beautiful hair and came out crying. They had to “redo” her hair 3 times. The girl working on her hair hurt her several times and the stylist burnt herself on the curler. Her hair is now ruined just hours before her first prom. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible. Places like this make me sick.
