Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment and she told me 4:00pm . I know she can’t forget me because she asked me twice for my last name and i told her same as hers Saroop. I went there and 2 costumers arrived after me and said they have 4:00pm appointment, however she took them in and said to me she can’t take me because she don’t remember making the appointment. I made an appointment and she told me 4:00pm . I know she can’t forget me because she asked me twice for my last name and i told her same as hers Saroop.
