I’ve been going to Sarita for a few years now for eyebrow threading and she always does an amazing job! The price is great compared to many other waxing salons. She’s very time efficient but still does a great job shaping my eyebrows. Would definitely recommend! Eyebrow threading

Book your appointment with Sarita only if you have a great memory and no personal commitments. I had booked an appointment with Sarita several weeks ago and added the appointment incorrectly on my calendar (the following day). So obviously i missed the appointment. She has a 25% no-show policy and I respected that as well. However i realized my mistake when i saw her missed call and message. I immediately felt bad for her and sent her an apology stating what happened and that I have a newborn so hardly get time with my phone and missed her call. I was also ready to pay the no-show fee. In spite of that she kept continuously finger pointing and blaming for missing my appointment. It is extremely annoying. She doesn’t respect her customers and is very money minded. Who treats customers like that. I lost all empathy for her. She has lost a customer, her friends and their respect.

The threading service first time we went was fine, but she has a policy of a charge for cancellations- my teenage daughter forgot about her appointment the second time she was to go there. We were invoiced for the service as a no-show despite my daughter calling and speaking with her at the appointment time to apologise and there wasn’t enough time to still drive there. It’s just not a great experience and we will will be going elsewhere. I did pay the no show charge as we don’t like having unpaid charges pending.

Best place to get eyebrows done! She is excellent. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and I can finally say that I have finally found the best person to do them. She takes her time and is gentle with your skin. Not like these other threading salons that take 2 seconds with you and sends you on your way. One-to-one is a whole new experience! Throughout time she learns about you and what look/shape you like! She asks you if there is a shape you would prefer, she talks you through what she is doing, and double checks if you like the shape.
