Critical: Quality, ValueThe people here are nice, but the lady ruined my hair! I told her and showed her what i wanted. She bleached my hair two times, and it wasnt blended at all. The color was an ugly blonde, and my hair was completely dead. I sent them a message and told them if they can fix it because it was not what I wanted at all and they just left me on read. Horrible customer service, lady kept complaining and rushing. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Many people have had the same issues as me. The people here are nice, but the lady ruined my hair! I told her and showed her what i wanted. She bleached my hair two times, and it wasnt blended at all. The color was an ugly blonde, and my hair was completely dead. I sent them a message and told them if they can fix it because it was not what I wanted at all and they just left me on read. The best. I moved to town 2 years ago and couldn’t fine a good place to do my hair! Alicia is the one that did magic to it. I love it. And everyone else is so nice and welcoming. Definitely a must try

First time in here 1 of all salons this was the 1! i WON’T!!! come again worst mistake coming this 1 in particular,doesn’t feel welcoming at all, very umcomfortable vibe is off!..the girl on the cashier was chewing gum very unprofessional!!Stanky face looking!rude!.. the 1 with blonde hair spanish girl!idc how bad your day went, or is!!
