For more than 17 years, Donna Hier, LMT has been focused on whole-body wellness and the understanding that alignment of both the physical and the emotional results in optimal outcomes. Massage therapy can give your body and mind the restart or recharge it needs. I take a whole-body approach to wellness. My clients range from athletes to weekend warriors, from retirees to executives and work-from-home professionals. I offer relaxation massage and sports massage, as well as Reiki. I provide result-oriented massage therapy as a licensed and experienced professional, focusing on your goals and what your body needs.
