Both Susan and Diane are outstanding with IPL. First they chat with you to see what your concerns are. Then They make sure your face is numb and you are comfortable. SPA definitely earned these 5 ⭐️s! The receptionist was kind and helpful. The atmosphere is tranquil, and it smells like flowers . The aesthetician Susan is beautiful, and her knowledge and professionalism helped me determine what kind of treatment was best for me. Also, the quotes I got from my consultation are more than reasonable. So reasonable that I got a procedure done while I was there. How convenient! I’ll definitely be returning in the near future. Recently relocated to Lakewood Ranch and found this gem after reading many reviews. The office is gorgeous, the staff are kind, accommodating and experienced. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in which is particularly important to me as an introvert. The IPL photo facial exceeded all expectations and both Diane and Susan worked with me to ensure my skin concerns were addressed and I even tried new things that I never knew would make me feel so confident (Dysport!)
