Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment for 5:00pm, arrived 15 minutes early. I sat waiting for an hour, I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt so I waited. I showed the hairdresser what color I wanted, and she began doing my hair. I wanted a light shade of red. After the hairdresser finished my hair was not the color I choose at all. She was rushing to finish it because the store was about to close and didn’t even style it. I was told when I made the appointment it would cost $80 and ended up paying $150.. To top it all off my hair is brown, neon orange, and blonde. None of it is the color I choose, and I am not happy about it. I had an appointment for 5:00pm, arrived 15 minutes early. I sat waiting for an hour, I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt so I waited. I showed the hairdresser what color I wanted, and she began doing my hair. I wanted a light shade of red. After the hairdresser finished my hair was not the color I choose at all. Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional in my opinion. I called and spoke with John and scheduled a 6:00 trim for my 15 year old daughter. He said “yup, no problem, we’ll see you at 6:00. We get there at 6 and the stylist sits a walk in as we are standing at the counter. Then we were told she had a wax to do when she was done. I can understand if she was behind but I was specifically told on the phone from John that she was finishing up a color and then she didn’t have anything going on after that. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I called and spoke with John and scheduled a 6:00 trim for my 15 year old daughter. He said “yup, no problem, we’ll see you at 6:00. We get there at 6 and the stylist sits a walk in as we are standing at the counter. Then we were told she had a wax to do when she was done. But when I went last Saturday, i was told she had a perm to do and it would take the rest of her day,. So I returned yesterday (Wednesday) and she was coloring someone’s hair, and I was told to leave my number and she would call me in about 2 hours to get my hair done. I never received a call back, I called the number on the business card, it was not service.I fully realize she is the only stylist there, but if you tell someone you will call them, then you should.Its called a courtesy.I’d rather get service from WalMart then come back to this place.Service: HairstylingI had been here about 3 months ago. I had been here about 3 months ago. And I really wanted to continue service here. But when I went last Saturday, i was told she had a perm to do and it would take the rest of her day,. So I returned yesterday (Wednesday) and she was coloring someone’s hair, and I was told to leave my number and she would call me in about 2 hours to get my hair done. I never received a call back, I called the number on the business card, it was not service.

We walked in & we’re placed on a waiting list (notebook pad with multiple different names, so disorganized) and we’re asked to write our name/number on the pad to be in line, & receive a call when it was our turn. We walked around the mall for about 30 min with our toddler before heading back to sit literally infront of the business, we’re we watched people cut in front of us, and the owner looked at us in our eyes with no intention of telling us we’ve been skipped. We were lied too, and feel like this business is a JOKE. I would 10/10 NOT recommend.
