I had to reschedule my 2nd appointment. I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. I send her a message on Facebook messenger on her business account because any normal persons business account would receive the message and be able to see it and respond to it. She started in text message she can’t receive messages from her Bussiness account on Facebook, or send them. (which I thought was strange) and that she made a post about it on her business Facebook page. Which, why would I look at her Facebook page for something like that? And if she can’t respond to them then why have a generated message saying. “I’ll respond to you as soon as I can” she then told me that if I wanted to reschedule for missing my appointment she expected me to pay her for my appointment missed and for the next appointment I would be scheduling. I then simply asked her because of the confusion and not knowing about her Facebook messenger issues due to the misscommunication can we wave the missed appointment charge. She then became incredibly rude, curt, and stagnant with me. All because I asked a question. So I then kindly told her to not message me ever again. So if you go to this person to distress don’t ever cancel an appointment. Becsuse she will try and take you over the coals. And talks to you horribly because of her supposed Facebook issues.
