After I stop fooling with Ambiance I looked for a nail shop to call home… I refuse to go just anywhere. After trying a few places I finally found Sarah and her wonderful husband… AND I’m NOT GOING NOWHERE!! They’re professional, friendly and timely. They always make sure they ask and confirm what you want and let you know how much it cost. During our wonderful conversations they even educated me on why I would have powder all stuck to my hands after getting my nails done at Ambiance and why my toenails would be so weak. Since coming here My nails have never been healthier. I’m so grateful I found them and if you’re tired of messing around with these nail shops that just take your money and fail to give you quality service, go see Sarah. It’s worth EVERY penny

Last Wednesday, we decided to get our nails done for vacay. I didn’t want to pay Ambiance prices so I started searching for a new place to get our nails done. Riding pass Sarah nails, I did a quick Google search and read the reviews. Per the reviews with a 4.6 rating I decided to try them out. Sarah and her staff were very friendly. We were walk ins, they seated us immediately. I was grateful. We liked our nails. The very next day I woke up to my nail pealing, then the next nail and so on. My girls nails peeled as well but they didn’t have gel nails, so that’s to be expected. Off vacay seven days later and before giving them a one star review I decided to call. Louis fixed my nails for me. I was again grateful. Do you know the very next day the same nails peeled again. I had already cancelled our appt that was going to be two weeks later . After spending over $200 plus a tip I expected better. Back to Ambiance we go.

The service was fine except they did a different one than what I ordered. I asked for the basic, they did a gel set. They never told me what polish went with the basic. I had previously had a gel set but clearly pointed to the basic. When I asked why the big difference in price, she tells me I got a gel set. I told her I ordered the basic. She did the oohs and ahss, telling me I had gel on my nails and that I need to tell them? What does basic mean??? She should have told me what polishes went with the basic set.. how would I know? Another thing is they charge you 20% , for the tip without your permission. The first time this happened, I didn’t realize it and gave them an additional tip. They said no I know what service I pointed to.. it was your job to inform. I don’t know the difference, nor did I know I had to stop her. I figured she understood
