I asked for my hair color to be tucked. She said she can do it.. but it’s not tucked. I also got box braids and told her a little longer than mid back. But she did the braids in the front which were to my waist, and someone else in the back and the braids were not even mid back and very thin. Also, i had alot of fly aways. They barely trimmed them. The braids in the front were thicker than the braids in the back. When i told her she said braids are supposed to be short in the back. She “fixed it” but it’s not fixed. Wasted $220, i could have done my own and spend $20 on hair and had a better out come. I’ve never seen so many fly aways.

I have been going to Sarah for a couple of years & I always love her work. She is fast professional & inexpensive compared to other shops. I would recommend her for sure . She is very patient. I never have to wait. She is always ready. Even when she was out of town I was still able to get my hair done by one of her other braiders. She does great work & I always get lots of compliments when she does my hair. Always a great experience!!!
