Positive: Punctuality, QualitySarafina was amazing, I called her at 11 am asking if she had any availability and she was able to take me the same day at 2pm. This was my first time getting any kind of twists done. I was unsure of doing it the crochet method, but she showed me pictures of her work so I knew exactly what to expect. She was super quick, it took 2 hours. She was super friendly and it was a painless install. I got to watch Netflix while we made great conversation and ended up with a beautiful result. Sarafina was amazing, I called her at 11 am asking if she had any availability and she was able to take me the same day at 2pm. This was my first time getting any kind of twists done. When she was done, I look and feel like a whole new person.
