Brought my future sister-in-law and bridal party here a couple days before The Most Auspicious Occasion. Sparkling cider, mini pastries (shout out to Fresh Baguette on the Pike). Bride’s nails were beautiful. Who doesn’t need to feel pampered, especially before a Big Day? Happy to support a family-run business.

I went to this place for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure on Saturday, June 25, 2022. I’m new to the area, so after going through reviews, I called and make an appointment based on positive reviews. The Gel manicure and the pedicure that I got probably were the worst I have had in a long time. It’s because the person who did my nails, Sinex Chhay, was in such a hurry to move on to the next client. There was gel polish all over the edge of my nails, but there was no polish on parts of the actual nails. She didn’t do the very basic things that you would do in a treatment of this nature – didn’t cut the cuticle, didn’t scrub the feet, nothing. She was pushing me to find a color for my hand (gel color) the entire time when I kept telling her that I need her help to find the color I want. The cost is the the regular price for gel mani & a regular pedi in the area, which is $70. If you charge people $70, you should provide the service right. Don’t go. If you go, don’t go to Sinex Chhay.

Came here after reading reviews. I have been going from nail spa to nail spa to find the best SNS application. I have had issues with every place I go to. Mostly, the techs don’t know what they are doing and/or don’t care. I end up with uneven nails, sides that are filed too much and an uneven paint job. It was a quiet evening when I went to Saradet, so Natalie took me immediately. She is the BEST nail tech I have ever had. She listened to my requests and corrected the mess that the previous salon created. My nails look incredible–totally even, shaped perfectly, and she helped me pick a cool color, too. I will be going back!

From the outside it doesn’t look like much. Step inside and you will find friendly people, massage pedicure chairs, individually wrapped tools, and any color you could want. I’m not one who is looking for anything fancy, but May does an amazing job at keeping my nails healthy, clean and happy! I won’t go anyplace else!

I’ve gotten dip manicures at other salons, and worked at one myself for a while, and I have to say she is the best! My nails always come out looking amazing. I’ve gotten dip manicures at other salons, and worked at one myself for a while, and I have to say she is the best! My nails always come out looking amazing. I’m really particular about my nail shape (im constantly filing my own nails) but she is able to make them look perfect every time. I can’t recommend her enough!

UPDATE**The owner really tried to make it right for my daughter and I after our terrible experience earlier this week. At our original appointment we had booked ultimate pedicures and manicures so we were expecting those services but were just given basic pedicures. We were not asked about hot stone massage or paraffin for our feet which is what we had originally scheduled. After the pedicures were completed my daughter realized that we were getting basic services so she mentioned that she wanted an upgraded manicure. The technician said she didn’t know that we had wanted the upgraded services but the owner had been communicating with my husband that we would be getting what we had requested when we came in before I was injured. The communication between the owner and the technicians was lacking in that we didn’t get the ultimate pedicure but our nails look good and the environment was clean.
