I did my eyebrows and upper lip threading. The lady who helped me was super nice and she did a great job. I have been threading my eyebrows for 15yrs now and I can tell when someone is good. Too bad I forgot to ask her name maybe it was sapana.

Do I even need to explain what happened. I came in for an eye wax, they burned and ripped my skin. The the front half of my right eyebrow is missing. I had to argue to get my refund because I didn’t notice what had happened before I paid. I felt the burning but I thought maybe it was because of the witch hazel they use to wipe off your brows afterwards. NO. My skin is on fire. Do not come here. I went to Target and bought second skin patches and emergency burn gel. I brought them the receipt and demanded they pay for it. Thankfully they did it but I will never be coming back.

Nice lady’s but I will never come here againThey made my boyfriend eyelid bleed and I asked for a clean eyebrows mind my eyebrows were pretty thick and they made it a lot thinner. I was pretty unsatisfied with their work.

Came here with the wife to get her brows shaped up. The ladies here were very pleasant and did a wonderful job. Also, it’s close to everything. While waiting, I had a chance to go across the parking lot for some panda express. If you’re into shopping the Ross store is right next door. Even better, if you need a mani & pedi right afterwards then it’s just the shop over.

Absolutely the best place to do eyebrows. They charge $7 and I always give $10 for tip. They are amazing and so nice. And they have a rewards program. It’s always fast and easy.
