Sara at Sara Armetta Salon is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair( cut/color/eyebrows) for years now. Sara is an extremely talented stylist and is highly attentive to detail. My hair is pretty thick and Sara is the only person who is able to cut it perfectly each time. She also always has ideas for my hair when I can’t make up my mind or don’t know the latest trends! I got my hair extensions done at Sara’s salon. First install was great! Loved my hair it was so beautiful. When I went back for my second instal, I decided I wanted it cut shorter to my natural length because I felt as if it didn’t blend correctly with how long it was. My hair naturally is to my collarbone and my extensions were about 3 inches longer than that. I asked for it to be cut and I felt as if Sara was annoyed I wanted it shorter. I also wanted to try different colored string. First install was white strong, the only other strong she had was a blackish-green string. So we went with that. After the install it looked great! A couple days later there was a tiny flap of track sticking out and was poking through my hair. So because I could see it was just a tiny little flap I cut that part off because I if I could fix it and not have to bug Sara I was going to do that. Well I cut it and clipped a tiny piece of the string and now the string started to unravel. When I let Sara know what was happening and she did not text me back at first. And then when I texted her again she texted me letting me know that I needed to find another stylist. It is shocking that she let me go because I had an issue with the install. Things happen and I was not mad. Now my extensions are coming off of my head and I have to find someone to try and fix what she refused to fix. I am very let down. And I hope that she does not treat all of her clients like this. Bumps in the road will happen and it is very unprofessional to not deal with the bumps as they come along. So now I have a left that is coming off of my hair and I have to try to sell it on by myself until I can get help. Also I went to the resort in gods during the match my hair perfectly after she told me there was only two kinds of string black and white.

I recently went to see Sara to have hair extensions put in, and not only did she put them in super quick, there was no pain, no lifting, and they look incredible. I have a very sensitive scalp and fine hair, and I could barely feel her installing them, and again, ZERO pain. I have had all of those issues with previous stylists so I am very excited that they finally feel right and they are so secure. i have gotten so many compliments already about how natural they look and how well my natural hair blends with the extensions.
