The massage was very relaxing and my therapist did an amazing job. My bonus mom enjoyed her massage as well! The only complaint I have would be the fault of my own. My back broke out because my masseuse asked if she could use coconut oil, and without thinking I said yes. However, that was purely my fault as I know that sometimes I don’t react well to coconut oil. Thank you for doing an amazing job.

The girl at the desk was nice and they had a good selection of products. The facial however, it was not good. The bed was so squeaky and the walls are paper thin. No extractions we’re done, no facial steamer. The massage was so weak I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I definitely won’t be back for another facial.

Update 9-28-2020: This is still the very best spa around! The staff has taken every precaution for personal protection and the environment is so serene, so welcome in these crazy times. I love to treat myself and you are worth it so treat yourself too!!!! When my sister was having a hard time, I treated her to a service of her choice and she was so touched!

The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very nice demeanor from all staff. My masseuse was Grace and she did a fantastic job. It had been a while since my last massage. She definitely focused on areas more tense and worked then out with the proper pressure for me.

LOVED IT! Today was my first visit and I will be back! I was calling around a week before Mother’s Day trying to get an appointment for my mother and I to have spa treatments together. It was last minute, so most places didn’t have any availability. Some could do our massages separately and some couldn’t get us in until July. Then I called Sapphire Spa and the sweet miss Holly answered. She assured me she would work it out and get us in. She worked to find therapists and called me back a couple of times as she was working on it. Bless her heart, when she called me to finalize, it was an hour past closing and she was still working on this for me. She went so far above and beyond, I just could not believe it. What a sweetheart!!
