Have been going here for years now. Great hours and never really a wait for a bed. The Happy Hour is a great time to go. The beds are always clean and the bulbs are never dull. The place is very clean and I love how they decorate for the holidays and seasons. The staff is very friendly and professional. I love all the promotions they offer as well.

I’ve been going to Sapphire Tans for about 6 years now. The best tanning salon I’ve come across. comparatively speaking (to other salons) their prices are amazing and always have specials going on. Their upkeep with changing bulbs and cleaning is great even prior to covid. They aren’t pushy with selling packages but are informative of what your options are. I usually like this salon ! The blonde young girl that worked on 08/16/18 @ 7:30 at night . Extremely rude !! Was on her cellphone the entire time , she gave me an attitude for no reason . Seemed like the was bothered that i came in to tan since she seemed busy on her cellphone . did not ask me if i had eyewear i had to ask for Winkis. Did not ask me if i needed lotion and i was interested In buying a bottle but left with nothing!!! Disappointed . Will i continue to tan there? Probably because i genuinely like there beds and never had a problem prior. Maybe at a different location so i don’t have to interact w this staff member again .

The first time I went was the freehold location, but they had closed early that day for something. I called the Howell location and the girl on the phone was so kind, she reassured me that if I went to the Howell location I can still go to the freehold one. So I went to the Howell location and the girl I had spoken to was the one to great me. I can’t remember her name she had blonde hair & was young. She had excellent customer service, she made me feel so comfortable! She explained the specials, the club membership and how it works. Gave me advice on which package would suit me best. Any questions I had she was great with answering them, she has a lot of knowledge, she never gave me an attitude or got annoyed with my questions. She also gave me advice on the best lotions to use and which ones do what. She suggested the best bed/booth that would work best for me especially since I already had a good base tan. I did the none member, I believe every 5 sessions you get 1 free. I got a total of 1 month unlimited tanning at a great price.I can upgrade to any bed or both for a discounted price, I also get 20% off products. They have happy hour from 12pm-5pm (I think it’s for members only not sure) On Sunday’s they have 50% off single sessions. They have the best beds/booths, very powerful. Probably one of the best tanning salons I’ve been too, especially with pricing. Honestly that girl that works there is the reason I chose them. Both locations are great, but I must say that girl (wish I remember her name) made me feel so comfortable. I think she’s the best one there with excellent customer service. Thanks to her and all her advice, I’m finally as tan as I been wanting to be. And the best part is both locations are open Sun-Sat 9am-10pm “NO LAST TAN TIME RESTRICTIONS!
