I went here before the pandemic but it was always a great experience. The spa rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the heated fireplace doesn’t always heat the rooms super well and often I’d come out of my float and it would be sooooo super chilly in the room.

This was my first ever float & I was guided there for spiritual purposes, I certainly found what I was looking for & left with a feeling of deep peace.

I’m surprised at all of the positive feedback to be honest. The woman at the desk was friendly, wonderful and answered all of our questions! We did a float for two in room 1. We had a reservation for 8pm. The room stunk strongly like urine. We thought it would be better inside the pod but it was even funkier in there and made it difficult to relax. Maybe a candle would have helped or an air freshener? The mat was soaked when we walked in, so hopefully that was what was causing the smell. But that means that whatever dehumidifier they’re using to prevent mildew isn’t working or being maintained. The aux cord to play your own music in the pod doesn’t work, even after getting assistance from the front desk. The electric fireplace did not work (we have the same model at home, so we know how to turn it on. It did not work). We were really excited for a relaxing experience, but felt that it was not worth the $150 we paid.

The shower in the room was clean and I’m glad it had soap, shampoo & conditioner since I didn’t think to bring my own. It was professional looking, not necessary in a luxurious way, but definitely met my expectation for relaxing.
