She truly puts the health and wellness of her clients first. Not to mention, Heidi and her team create a comfortable and welcoming environment for each of their guests that walks through their doors. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and is well versed in everything she does. Sapphire is constantly adding new services to stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and needs. I have known Heidi since 2016 and every experience I have had with her and her spa has been nothing short of fantastic. She truly puts the health and wellness of her clients first. Not to mention, Heidi and her team create a comfortable and welcoming environment for each of their guests that walks through their doors. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and is well versed in everything she does. Sapphire is constantly adding new services to stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and needs. She’s great at figuring out how often I should come and overall makes it a super comfortable experience! I highly recommend coming here and the results are great! I have been going to Heather for laser hair removal for my legs, armpits and bikini line and it has been the best experience!! She’s great at figuring out how often I should come and overall makes it a super comfortable experience! I highly recommend coming here and the results are great! I have also gotten lash lifts here and my lashes look amazing every time, I always get compliments!

She personalizes everything to the client. My favorites about Sapphire has to be the big comfy recliner that you get to sit in to relax and the fuzzy blanket and even shutting of the shades to be more relaxing. I recently moved to South Minneapolis and now make the 25 min trek out to Minnetonka due to the quality of the services I receive. I live across from a med spa and it does not even come close to what Sapphire offers. I also like the ability to book on the app! Heidi has done an exceptional job training her team to be consistent in what Sapphire delivers. She personalizes everything to the client.
