Sapphire Salon & Spa has been wonderful to friends and family – hair, nails, the works! Be wary of Peyton Welton Massage located in the spa, though. She is going on maternity leave (congrats to her), but has moved up her leave and is full until her leave starts. Hearing this, knowing that there have been scheduling problems in the past, several clients have asked for pre-paid gift certificate refunds. She won’t give refunds, wants customers to use their certificates around her schedule or wait 6 months until she MIGHT come back and then she only wants to give 2-3 months for certificates to be used. Clients have been sharing their frustrations online, but she is deleting any posts that don’t paint her in a positive light.
