Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went to this płace more than dozen times. Every time I went there price was higher. When I told my coworkers how much I paid for powder manicure they were shocked it was double of what everyone paid for the same service. When I called to make apportionment with one of the girls I liked there the owner told me she was no longer working there, when I came for my appointment the girl was there !!!! Also she gave me the card so I collected all 12 appointments she offered $5 off !!! I will never go back to this place. Owner is cheap and Her prices are highest in the area!!! I went to this płace more than dozen times. Every time I went there price was higher. When I told my coworkers how much I paid for powder manicure they were shocked it was double of what everyone paid for the same service. I got a gel powder manicure with various colors (quite random on my part lol!) and she did absolutely amazing!! Everyone was so kind as well. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m not trying to be rude but they are so rude, they keep adding money to the order lying to the customers. The workers keeps changing, they told me dont come here. The owner thinks the customers dont care how much the price is, and will easily pay. I wanted to do a normal pedicure they told me that i have to do spa pedicure , power, and more, they keep adding money making it more expensive. They give the polish adds more money. They just put extra money for special polish. The owner so terrible. I dont know how many times do i have to charge?! I’m just a normal customer who wants to do normal nail design. Please I beg you to close this store down i think you should go into the ambulance if you want more money. Dont go to this store. I am so disappointed with my nails. I paid $60 for dip powder nails when the price for them is $35. I did not get tips or anything besides a french which should’ve been an extra $5 at most but she charged me an extra $30 because she had to shape my nail? which doesn’t even make sense because you do that in any regular manicure regardless. Not only that but my nails are horrendous. She did not cut my cuticle and it looks like a one armed two year painted them. I went back to ask why I was charged $60 instead of $35 and she told me it was because I got french and almond shaped nails. Which does not make any sense, you should NEVER have to pay extra for someone to file your nails a shape if they are NATURAL, that is included in any regular manicure. SO. I paid $60 for a regular dip powder manicure that looks pathetic and unprofessional. Story short, save your money and don’t go here. The files were already used and the entire time she was rushing like a freakin manic on my hands just so she could move on to the next customer.

Not one to spread negativity but in business, peoples’ experiences speak volumes. My mom went there for the 1st time for a regular manicure and was extremely disappointed. I am writing this review for her. -They did a very poor job with the actual painting (looks like a little kid did it- no offense to children), they cut her natural nails too short after being asked not to and overall the customer service was horrible. The staff present that day were rude and extremely unprofessional.
