The environment and attention to detail is great. I love that they call you by name when they are ready to sit you. The services provided by Ana and RC (Arselia) is always consistently pleasant…major kudos to the owner/manager in charge she is always on top of it making sure the establishment runs smoothly, she is also very welcoming. However there’s one employee that does pedicures who is very aggressive with how she executes her pedicures aside from that she is not thorough. My mom was the one who got sat with her the first time we went and this second time I took my mom she got the same lady she decide to stay and try again with her but it was exactly the same experience she had with her the first time. She cut her cuticle and was rough in handling…thankfully we were able to get her moved to someone else. So that lady took someone else and got that customer done way before my mom was even done…again the service not thoroughly executed. She’s normally on the left side third to the last chair.

The location is ideal, the establishment is nice, most techs are good, but the manager Diana makes it all an uncomfortable experience. She always looks mad and she’s so rude. The survey they text, after a service, doesn’t let you comment your thoughts. The responses on reviews says to call them because they want to help, but when you call they never answer the phone. Diana needs customer service skills.

Most expensive place for a short time they work on your nails. My nails even looked like a mess. I even ask for coffin shape and left them squared shape. I was even charged for “nail shaping”. They charge you for any little thing. I also had a 3D design done and on one nail, part of the design was missing. Told the lady if she can fix that, but she said “it was fine” and didn’t do anything about it. Never again!

I am normally very happy with them but this time my nails are not even, there is polish on my skin on a couple fingers, my artist seemed to need to pay attention to her phone more than my nails. I paid $50 for dip powder on my real nails and $45 for my sisters fullset and shellac. I don’t understand why mine was more expensive. I posted this here because it wouldn’t let me post it on the one they send you after your visit .

They grind off gel & shellac polish to make service fast causing nail damage.Not personal service at all. My hope for relaxing environment for mani pedi was devastated with numerous bleeding areas on my toe cuticles.It’s all about speed. Technicians earn more with number of clients.

The service was great BUT OVERCHARGING me was NOT okay! I go to that place for past 3+ years and I never I paid for the sane service more than a specific price…. this time extra service was added to my bill and when I asked what is that the tech said it’s for “shape” of the nails… really?? For 3 years I don’t pay extra for shape and now I have to? …. I should not give tips!! If this will happen again, I’ll change the place and won’t recommend this place to no one!
