A little pricier than I am used to but not unreasonable, and very much worth it. I called ahead to make an appt just to make sure I wouldn’t be waiting (momma with very limited time ). They accommodated me same day no problem. I went in for a pedicure. Chose my color, sat down, and for the next hour I felt amazing. I chose the lavender pedicure. My legs were wrapped with some lotion/cream and my feet were taken care of in the normal sense. And then there were various phases of scrubs, paraffin, and I don’t even remember what else because I was just so relaxed! The foot massage was amazing!

I went to Sapphire Nails & Spa for the first time a few weeks ago for a UV gel fill and had great experience! The staff was friendly and the salon was very clean. Pricing was also very affordable. My nail tech did a great job – this was my first time getting the almond shape and I stressed that I wanted them short, which she achieved perfectly. The only downside was that my cuticles were pushed back after the gel was applied, which led to them growing out faster. However, I am three weeks out today and they still look great!

I have been coming here for a bit now. The techs remember me, things about me and chat with me thru the appt. They give me nail care advice and offer ideas! I got this cute set done, and the tech re-did the heart 3 times to get it perfectly symmetrical. Amazing job!! Pedicure, Gel manicures

I have been a customer for a long time. Most times my nails look great but I have had many instances where nails were broken. I was told that I need to come every three weeks and if I didn’t I would be charged extra. I explained that with my work schedule that is sometimes impossible. Today I went three days after three weeks and she charged me $10.00 extra. She was very snippy about it too. My nails weren’t broken or anything. I don’t feel they have the right to tell me when I need to be there. I will not be back and you can be sure, I will tell all my friends and business associates about this poor service and attitude.

Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon at 1230pm. There were two techs with clients and two techs available. I go up to the counter and ask the gentleman for a regular manicure and pedicure, looks me right in the eye as I am looking at him and the other available tech and says “we have no time”. He didn’t say “I’m sorry we are booked for the afternoon”, “we are unavailable because such and such”. No. Not enough money in a guy’s manicure or pedicure? I’m not sure. Just know that they “have no time”.

Although the nail technicians and staff are very nice, I was very unsatisfied with my pedicure. Two of my toenails turned from a pretty shade of lavender to a brownish gold within a week of my pedicure, and I got a fungus underneath one of the nails. Won’t be going back. Pedicure

this place is way to overpriced for their work. i had a pedicure and they gave me a couple of cuts and they did not last long. Do not waste your money. they charge you for EVERYTHING, even to take your nailpolish off. Rip off!! Pedicure

Let me start by saying I am extremely picky about my nails and this place is AMAZING. I went there for the first time today based on positive reviews and I have zero complaints. I got a gel manicure and a lavender spa pedicure with gel on my toes as well. Nancy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and I get my feet done every 3 weeks for the past 20+ years. I’m a little traumatized with bad experiences in the past from the cuticle nipper (at other salons) and she was so gentle with it that I didn’t even feel it. The pedicure included callus remover, two different files, a leg mask, a 10 minute massage with lotion and an additional massage with hot stones. It lasted about an hour. She also did an amazing job on my nails which were a little thin from recent acrylics but she actually made them feel stronger than they have in a long time. Polish application is perfect also. This place is spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. Tons of color options and they offer additional services also. They gave me a punch card good for $10 off after 10 services with them. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely my new nail salon.
