Went to this nail salon yesterday booked an appointment over the phone. Nail Tech was named Kim everything was going perfectly fine until she began doing my nails. By me trying this new salon my anxiety was automatically high due to trying this new place , so I was having a hard time “relaxing” . Kim kept telling me to “relax” which I was and constantly apologizing but she began to have an attitude blaming me for her “mess up” and another tech telling me in order to “relax” would help avoid mistakes. Kim started painting my nails and I realized she wasn’t doing the design that I wanted which was a “French set ”.Told the front desk and even showed a picture of what I wanted before I even set in the chair with Kim, it was to the point front desk even put the colors out at her station. Kim tried to fixed it but was telling me she going to charge me an extra $8 for their mistake of miscommunication. By that I was over it! Today, I worked an hour into my shift my nail popped off. Highly wouldn’t recommend, especially as a NEW place . Pictures below is what I got and the others is what wanted also told the front desk and Kim about.

Kim did my pedicure and I got a full set dipped nails. She did an absolutely wonderful job. Anna did my husband’s pedicure and he even got a manicure and she did an amazing job as well. This place is so friendly and inviting and even though we don’t live close, I’ll be happy to make a trip up here to get my nails done.

10/10 recommend going to this nail salon. Worth the drive from Ocean Springs. Staff was extremely nice, could fit me in last minute and the facility was spotless.
