I had a lovely experience at Sapphire this afternoon. Called up to see if they had any space today and they told me to come right over. I liked that they removed my previous gel mani with the drill instead of soaking. My tech was so friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and new, & the decor is cute. Thanks ladies!

This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. After waiting 45+ minutes for a 2pm appointment, the nail tech cut my nails and cuticules, and that was all. Uneven shape, sloppy polish application, and she cut me more than once. Then asked multiple times about a tip, which I gave her. I will definitely not be returning. Complete waste of time and of money. That all being said, the salon was clean.

They are great, quick, quiet and thorough. I have had the pleasure of visiting twice now for a mani and pedi. Not a huge place, but they have enough for 7 manis and 7 pedis at a time. Just super sweet people.

I’ve come here twice now for a No Chip Mani. I was taken aback the first time because I hadn’t had my nails done in 8 years! They were lovely (the blue color). One chipped after a week but the rest were fine through the end of 2 weeks. I went back during my lunch hour but was told they were booked so had to book online for another lunch hour that week. The 2nd time I had them done I didn’t love the color though I’ve now become satisfied with it. I’m hoping these last longer having 3 coats instead of 2.
