Devyn did my hair, she did a pretty good job, and she knows she’s good too! I got a text before an hour before my appointment saying she’d be late so she moved my appointment from 11-11:30 (btw I had to call 1 month in advance she was booked). Then she does my hair and all, she’s not friendly. Then at the end, she’s cutting my hair I told her I wanted it shorter and she goes “ugh my next client is here” so she trimmed the ends a little bit and didn’t even bother styling my hair (even though I paid for the whole package on Groupon).

Excellent salon! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The atmosphere and staff are exceptional. The salon is always pristine and staff members are very welcoming. My stylist is Noel, and no one could do it better. I bring my entire family to her and she does an exceptional job every time.

I got a groupon to see Devyn for a balayage. I was so skeptical because I had head about other salons being bitchy about groupons but honestly everyone here who I interacted with were so sweet. Devyn herself is a sweetheart and knows what she is doing. I was in and out in about 2ish hours, so this is a balayage, cut, and blow dry. If you are looking for someone who is skilled in the balayage technique you have to go to Devyn SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

I have been calling them for months trying to get an appointment. I have left multiple voicemails but no one has called me back. I believe it is because they are aware I purchased a Groupon. For a consumer, the whole point of Groupon is to try out a new company to see if you like it before you pay full price for them. For the company, it is to get more business in the door. If you do not have the man power to handle the amount of deals purchased or have no intention of honoring the Groupon, then do not put the offer out there. I was trying to find a regular hair stylist to do my hair but I guess this isn’t the place as they obviously have no desire to have me as a client. I have been calling so long that I now can’t even get a refund from Groupon. It is a shame that companies do this.
